NFL
- Falcons receive: Jeff Okudah
- Lions receive: Fifth-round pick
- Okudah had his fair share of struggles in his first two seasons as pro, but he came on a bit for the Lions in 2022, making this trade at least a small surprise. The 2020 No. 3 overall pick probably won’t have his fifth-year option exercised, so this will likely be a one year partnership, but I like this deal for Atlanta.
Grade: A- - The Lions moving Okudah for so little is head-scratching. Nonetheless, Detroit has made plenty of good moves in recent seasons, giving the club a good amount of credibility.

- Former Iona C Nelly Junior Joseph transfers to New Mexico
- From one Pitino to another. Junior Joseph played for Rick Pitino at Iona, and now he’ll play for Richard’s program at New Mexico — a rising program at that. The Lobos should be one of the top teams in the Mountain West in 2024.
