Army to move from Independents to the AAC in 2024

After losing SMU to the ACC, this is a logical move for the AAC. Army has been independent for most of its football history, but it has a natural rival (Navy) in the AAC, so this transition also makes sense for the Black Knights. I don’t expect Army to find much success in the AAC, at least right away, as the Black Knights are just 2-5 this season.

2024 five-star WR Ryan Wingo commits to Texas

Wingo, the nation’s No. 24 prospect, was viewed as a near lock to commit to in-state Missouri, so this decision is certainly surprising. Texas has a top-heavy 2024 class, but Wingo should serve as an excellent target for Arch Manning in the coming years.
