Jaguars receive: 2026 conditional fifth-round pick

Vikings receive: LT Cam Robinson and 2026 conditional seventh-round pick

The conditions for each draft selection are playing-time based for Robinson. It’s likely those conditions are met, which would make the pick headed to Jacksonville a fourth rounder and eliminate the pick headed to Minnesota. If that happens, this trade becomes a home run for the Jaguars.

Robinson is a capable starting left tackle, but Jacksonville has Walker Little waiting in the wings. This move gives the 25-year-old a runway to start on the blindside — just ahead of his free agency next spring.

Let’s get this out of the way — the Vikings can’t replace Christian Darrisaw, their franchise left tackle that will miss the rest of the season. All things considered, though, this trade keeps Minnesota afloat at the position, giving the playoff hopeful a solution in a time of need. Robinson has been sound as a pass blocker this season, which should help Sam Darnold continue his resurgent campaign.

Jaguars Grade: B+

Vikings Grade: B
