Ravens sign QB Cooper Rush to two-year, $12.2 million contract

Rush isn’t a quarterback I’d want under center for more than a few games per year, but he’s a capable and experienced backup still in the prime of his career. The 31-year-old was overextended in 2024 with Dallas, playing in 12 games, while finishing with just a 41.0 QBR. Hopefully he won’t see as much action behind Lamar Jackson, but if he does, he’s good enough to keep things afloat for a game or two.
