2026 five-star WR Chris Henry Jr. signs with Ohio State

Henry committed to the Buckeyes over two years ago, but that didn’t stop suitors from pushing for a flip. Those programs, namely Oregon and USC, surely offered the five star loads of money. That’s the recruiting world we live in.

Loyalty still matters, however. Henry honoring his pledge is not only a sign of his character, but also of his knowledge of Ohio State’s history — mostly recent — in developing first-round wide receivers. Money is always tempting, but Henry made the right decision for his long-term future.

The Mater Dei product is the No. 10 player for 2026, and will help continue the lineage of elite receiver play in Columbus.
